Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted leather goods, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our workshop.
